Finance voting systems for Board of Elections: Bond Act authorizing the issuance of $2,002,000 in bonds to finance the local share cost of voting systems for Board of Elections purposes

Urban Co. Application—HUD: Act authorizing the County to submit an Urban County application under the Federal Community Development Block Grant, Emergency Shelter Grant, and HOME Program, including an amendment to the FY 2009-2013 Consolidated Plan, and to accept such Grants

Sewer District Modification: Various resolutions and acts for sewer district modification in the County (areas include Blind Brook Sanitary Sewer District (SSD) — Town of Harrison ; Mamaroneck SSD —Town of Harrison ; Peekskill SSD —Town of Cortlandt )
Joint with Public Safety & Security—Hon. Vito Pinto, Chair;
Repository for Integrated Criminalistic Information (RICI) System: Act authorizing the County to enter into intermunicipal agreements with municipalities located within Westchester, Putnam, Rockland and Dutchess Counties, whereby the County will provide the counties and municipalities with access to a system called the Westchester County Repository for Integrated Criminalistic Information (RICI System) to allow for the electronic transmission and storage of criminal record and police blotter information
TraCS Program: Act authorizing the county to enter into Use and Dissemination Agreements with local municipalities, whereby the County will, as lead agency, coordinate the local municipalities’ use of New York State ‘s Traffic and Criminal Software program and act as liaison with the NYS Police

2010 Women’s History Month Celebration (starts at 6:30 PM)
The County Board will hold its annual commemoration of Women’s History Month. This year’s celebration, “Breaking Barriers and Empowering Lives,” will acknowledge the outstanding efforts of the Westchester County Office for Women, as the Board’s 2010 Women’s History Month honoree, in a special video tribute. The event will also feature “A Profile in Courage,” honoring Dr. Olivia J. Hooker, Ph.D., and Girl Scout Troop 1215 of Ossining . All are welcome to attend!
