Yonkers has finally responded to the FOIL request seeking all legal fees and legal expenses paid to Kevin Plunkett; Thacher Proffitt and Wood; or Delbello Donnellan Weingarten Wise Wiederkehr, LLP from January 1, 2001 thru January 5, 2009.
They reported $566,462.39
This brings the total so far of all the FOIL responses to $10,485,774.
